For EasyInvoiceManager’s customers with 30 to 100 suppliers, the portal's ability to reduce supplier calls about invoice issues can lead to significant time and cost savings. On average, responding to a single supplier inquiry can take AP workers 10-15 minutes. 


If each supplier contacts the accounts payable team just once a month, this could result in 8-30 hours of lost company productivity. By enabling suppliers to check invoice statuses in real time, this feature could save up to 360 hours annually for a company with 100 suppliers, assuming each supplier places at least one call per month.
