To get started with our accounts payable automation system, follow these simple steps:

  1. Upload the Invoice Image: Begin by scanning or taking a clear picture of your paper invoice and upload it into the system. The automation will capture key details for you.

  2. Send for Approval: Once the invoice is uploaded, send it to the appropriate authorized approver within your company to review and approve it.

  3. Pay the Invoice: After approval, fill out the Paid Details form with payment information, and the system will process the invoice accordingly.

This workflow keeps everything simple and efficient!
