Most likely this occurred if the credit card could no longer be processed.
You can return to the plan of choice, just upgrade again.
We do offer a free plan, to provide you the opportunity to see if this product is right for you.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation you will still be able to use the product for the period already paid for. Upon cancellation you will not be charged for renewals automatically.
